LocalPros was born out of Juvens Nampong’s dream. Raised amidst the breathtaking mountains of Flores, his heart was drawn to the allure of the sea. Choosing to settle in Labuan Bajo, he delved into the diving sector, initially as a humble member of the boat crew. Determined to conquer the waters, he taught himself to swim and gradually found comfort beneath the surface.
His passion for the underwater world and the wonders of Komodo National Park only grew stronger. Juvens’s journey didn’t end with becoming a certified PADI Dive Instructor; it was just the beginning. He thirsted for knowledge on how to create sustainable and captivating dive experiences. Eagerly, he participated in numerous workshops, seeking ways to benefit both the environment and the people involved.
